1. The name of the society is Northwest Nanoose Residents Association.
2. The purposes of the society are to:
   1. Preserve the quiet, clean and peaceful atmosphere of our neighbourhood,
   2. Monitor plans and legislation that affect our neighbourhood,
   3. Present our neighbourhood's best interest in changes that affect our neighbourhood,
   4. Promote, support and encourage positive initiatives that would improve our neighbourhood.

The bylaws of the society are those set out in Schedule B to the Society Act.
